Company Description

11 Good Energy, Inc. is a Delaware corporation formed in May 2007 for the purposes of manufacturing and distributing biodiesel on a worldwide basis. The Company has purchased 100% of the Units of Member's Interest in an existing biodiesel manufacturer, 11 Good Energy, LTD, a Limited Liability Company formed in the state of Ohio. 11 Good Energy, LTD has been a development stage company formed in February 2006, which has primarily engaged in research and development activities to develop a proprietary manufacturing process to produce biodiesel, which produces less emissions and will be more environmentally friendly than other existing diesel fuel or biodiesel as described herein. On November 18, 2009, 11 Good Energy opened a G2 production facility in Magnolia, Ohio. The Company maintains its corporate office at 4450 Belden Village St., Suite 800, NW, Canton, OH 44718.
