Applications
Trucking
For either short or long hauls, G2 performance on diesel semi-trucks has been proven to increase fuel efficiency and horsepower. Diesel trucks are synonymous in the past with dirty black smoke, with a blend of 5% G2 in the tank the black smoke is nearly gone and replaces with a pleasant smell and smoother ride. Formulated to run in combination with diesel fuel, there is no retrofit needed on truck engines regardless of the year built. Even newer post-2008 engines normally associated with non-biodiesel compatibility are able to run clean and smooth on a G2 blend. Our trucking customers all agree, once you switch over to G2… you never look back at untreated diesel again. G2 reduces carbon and decreases engine temperature which in turn prolongs engine life and efficiency, keeping your trucks on the road longer with fewer engine problems.
Transit
Buses in stop and go traffic know the dangers of black smoke emissions in urban and residential areas. When adding G2 into the tank, those concerns disappear with the smoke. G2 will reduce emissions and black smoke caused by incomplete combustion, which in turn will make for a healthier city. Transit industries across the country are converting to G2 to save fuel costs, decrease emissions, and advertise going green to their riders. Transit garages enjoy the maintenance savings, while their offices benefit from the fuel savings and extension in life of their engines.
Rail
Ohio railways have been trusting G2 in their locomotives since 2007. Their commitment to clean emissions by adding G2 has also added longevity to their locomotive engines. Carbon deposits are reduced, lube oil less contaminated. The lower engine temperature causes the injection system and pistons to last up to twice as long as before. Many of our initial G2 emissions testing were done on a short haul locomotive engine, proving that even a large engine can produce significant benefits when running on G2 in a small blend or all the way up to 100% G2. Marine
Ferries and jet boats alike have the same concerns when moving customers across the water; horsepower and emissions. Passengers will immediately be aware of the pleasant smell coming out the exhaust of a G2 boat. At a 20% blend a sweet butterscotch scent will begin to emit out of the stack, customers will be pleasantly surprised to learn that G2 biofuel is contributing to their pleasant experience. The increased horsepower will immediately help with pulling out of docks and hauling large loads, Miller Boat lines in Put-in-Bay Ohio has begun running G2 in their vehicle/passenger ferry system. They are proud to go green and pleasantly surprised when G2 added more pep to their engine horsepower. Read their story here
